I recently purchased the Taj Mahal 100% Merino yarn (50g) and noticed a significant price discrepancy.
The physical product label clearly shows an MRP of ₹190, but I was charged ₹300 for the same 50g product. When I raised the issue, I was informed that the MRP had recently been revised and that ₹300 was displayed on the website and in the cart.
My concern is that the product I received still carries a printed MRP of ₹190. If the MRP has been revised, shouldn’t the product packaging/label also reflect the revised MRP?
I’m sharing this review to bring attention to the issue and to ask whether this pricing practice is appropriate. I hope the brand/seller can clarify how the revised price applies when the physical product still carries the old MRP.
Received wool with new price which is Rs 300 but received wool with old price tag and packing date just a new rate sticker
I feel it’s a cheating to customers that you are selling old products in new rates.
One of the best yarns I've worked with. So soft and easy to work with. And the knitwear always turens out so warm and comfortable. Definitely recommend
Very soft yarn. Easy to work with for crochet.
It is great yarn to work with. It is smooth flawless . It has a great stitch definition. Simply superb
It’s good to knit with this yarn . But in many places the yarn is very loosely bound. So while knitting the needle gets stuck in between strands. Thanks a lot for your concern.
