Order Related

Your order matters to us. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days after receiving them. This process can sometimes be delayed if we receive an unusually high volume of orders, but we strive to ensure you can start your creations without delay.

To place your order, simply add your desired products to the cart and proceed to checkout. From there, enter your email address and delivery details, choose your preferred payment method, and add billing information if it’s different from your delivery address. Then click on “Pay Now” to continue to the secure payment page. 

We understand that sometimes you may need to make changes to your order after placing it. If that's the case, simply WhatsApp us at +91 99155 88554 from your registered mobile number and we'll be happy to help, as long as your order hasn't been packed or shipped yet. Unfortunately, once your order has been packed and shipped, we are unable to make any changes. 

We're sorry to hear your order didn't arrive as expected — that's definitely not the experience we want for you. 

To help us resolve this quickly, please WhatsApp us an unboxing video of your package along with your order number to +91 99155 88554 within 7 days of delivery. Once we have these details, our team will get on it right away and make things right.

No, we don’t accept returns for personal dislike or color differences. However, you can exchange the unused product (with the original invoice) by shipping it to us within 7 days of delivery. Please see the “Exchanges” section on our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges page for full instructions.

You can cancel your order before it has been packed by contacting us via WhatsApp (+91 99155 88554) or email atonline@gangaacrowools.com. Once your order has been packed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. If you paid online, we can offer you a coupon that can be redeemed for future purchases on our website. Alternatively, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of cancellation confirmation.

Delivery Related

Once your order has been shipped, we will send the tracking ID to you via email.

We know you’re excited to start your next project! Shipping generally takes 2-14 business days once your order has been shipped, and we’ll do our best to get your yarn to you as quickly as possible.

Wholesale

We welcome wholesale and bulk orders! To get started, please register as a wholesaler via the Wholesale Registration page on our website (knittinghappiness.com). Once approved, you’ll be able to log in, browse our products, and place bulk orders. You can find the wholesale registration portal in the footer of our website.

Payment Related

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All major Indian payment methods are supported at checkout on knittinghappiness.com.

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of taxes.

Safety & Certifications

Yes, our yarn is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified. This is a European safety standard, recognised internationally, which means the yarn has been rigorously tested for harmful substances and is safe for use—including for babies and those with sensitive skin. 

GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) is like a "gold star" for organic textiles. It means our yarn comes from 100% certified organic cotton or fibers, grown without nasty pesticides, GMOs, or harsh chemicals. No toxins, super safe for your skin (even babies!), and kind to the planet.

You can browse our full yarn collection and filter by type, weight, or blend to check if your desired product is currently in stock. If a shade or product is not listed on the website or shows as unavailable, please reach out to our support team via WhatsApp (+91 99155 88554) or email atonline@gangaacrowools.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
