All return, exchange, and refund requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Requests raised after this window will not be eligible.

I. Returns — Damaged or Wrong Shade

1. Raise your request within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email

2. Share a clear unboxing video of the damaged or incorrect product — this is mandatory for all damage/wrong item claims

3. After verification, we arrange a free courier pickup

4. Once received and verified, a full refund (minus actual shipping costs) is processed within 5–7 business days

Note: Returns for personal dislike or perceived colour differences are not accepted   Refund method:

• Card / UPI / Net banking orders → refunded to original payment method

• COD orders → refunded via bank transfer or UPI 

II. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for unused products for any reason other than defect.Process:

1. Ship the unused product along with the original bill to:

2. You bear the return shipping cost to us

3. Once we receive and verify the item, we ship the exchanged product back to you at no additional charge

Conditions:

• Item must be unused, unwound, and in original packaging with tags intact

• Exchanges are allowed once per order only

• Subject to stock availability
