I’m really disappointed with my experience. I placed an order, but it was delayed for many days and eventually got returned to the seller without being delivered to me. I had already paid 25% of the amount, but even after more than a month, I still haven’t received my payment/refund. The delivery and refund process has been extremely disappointing. I hope the seller resolves this issue soon.

Working with cotton yarn is so comfortable and the quality of the yarn is amazing..but one yarn i.e cotton delight shade COD041 Cotton seed is always out of stock...please refill the stock...i am in-between one project and i am not able complete it without that color..so please do the needful. Very nice quality, colour is soo pretty cute baby pink and soft. Have used it earlier in other colours and Ganga yarns are very nice 😊
I would not recommend this store based on my experience. The exchange process has been extremely disappointing. My parcel was delivered to the store according to the courier tracking, yet the team keeps stating that they haven't received it. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no concrete action or timeline for resolving the issue. Good customer service doesn't end after the sale, and unfortunately, that has not been my experience here.
