At Ganga Acrowools Limited, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you receive yarns that are damaged or in the wrong shade, please share a photograph of the issue with us. This will help us assess the situation and arrange for the necessary courier pickups.
Steps for Returns & Exchanges:
- Damaged or Wrong Shade:
- Please provide a photo of the damaged or incorrect product.
- After we receive the returned items, we will process a refund to the same account from which the payment was made (credit/debit card, or any online payment method).
- Note: Only actual shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Dislike or Color Difference:
- We do not accept returns for products based on color difference or personal dislike. However, if you still wish to exchange, please return the product along with the bill to the following address:

- Return with COD Payment:
- If your order was placed using the Cash on Delivery (COD) option, or if the return is due to dissatisfaction with the product, we will issue a coupon for the product amount, which you can use on your next purchase.
